These easy-to-follow trailer plans feature 38 pages of high quality, fully dimensioned fabrication drawings including an itemised parts list and detailed cutting lists which can be used for ordering the steel and components.
This Hydraulic Tipping Box Trailer utilises a 4-stage hydraulic ram kit which is fully detailed in our drawings to ensure the ram you choose is compatible with the chassis design. A tipping angle of 45 degrees is achievable with a 620mm stroke. Greater angles are an option if your hydraulic ram kit allows a longer stroke.
There are 8 pages of fabrication plans for the drawbar toolbox, should you wish to build your own. You also have the option of mounting a store-bought toolbox if you prefer.

With our Hydraulic Tipping Trailer Plans, each plate or sheet metal part is conveniently included as a DXF file, giving you the option to CNC profile cut your parts.

Before purchasing it is recommended that you contact your local vehicle registering office to ensure you will be able to register your trailer. 8x5 tipper
Nice set of plans, only thing I couldn't find was a cutting list. I'm using to convert a standard 8×5 to tipper by cutting drawbar and suspension off then fabricating a new chassis to hinge the tub off.
These plans are good as I can build a compliant chassis without worrying about it being approved during registration.
I'd recommend their plans and the service seems good from what I experienced.

8x5 Hydraulic Tipping Trailer Plans
the plans are very good i did make a suggestion that you add a cut list for the top frame as well as the bottom frame as it was not in the plans sent. the person i spoke to said he would review the plans and update the file.
