Our boat trailer plans include 41 pages of highly detailed fabrication drawings to build your own fully adjustable boat trailer, The rollers and bow stop mounts are all adjustable in every direction to ensure your boat is supported properly and the weight is evenly distributed across the hull.
The incorporation of wobble rollers allows for a much easier loading/unloading than the traditional slide-style boat trailer meaningless effort spent loading the boat and more effort spent fishing!
The trailer plans include detailed drawings of every part making up the trailer, even some of the purchased parts that you may want to build yourself instead of buy, its totally up to you.
If you're not too familiar with fabrication plans or blueprints, we've created a number of tips and guides on how to understand the trailer plans including descriptions and info on symbols or abbreviations used and how to follow them accurately and confidently.
This means that navigating the trailer plans should be a breeze regardless of your experience or skill level.
With our Boat trailer plans, each sheet and plate part is also conveniently included as a DXF file, giving you the option of laser/profile cutting or water-jet cutting your parts.

Peter’s Boat Trailer
The plans were a good start to provide specifications of the various components. I am building a single axle trailer for a 6 metre trainable yacht. I need to use Independant torsion are suspension in order to accommodate to keel which although retracted for towing still protrudes well below to hull. Leaving clearance for a beam axle would have th boat sitting too high on the trailer and make launching difficult. The project will proceed as soon as I have decided on which IRS to use.
