Plus, by following our extremely thorough blueprints, you'll have the satisfaction of using your self-built kit that'll last a lifetime, while saving money over buying pre-made.

We've heard your complaints about other trailers, so we've designed ours to avoid them. First is our extra-low side railings, allowing easy access to the vehicle doors when on the trailer. 

The trailer design includes all the extra details that you would expect to see from the top of the range manufacturers. From tie-down rails to the high capacity winch mount, we've reviewed all the aspects that truly make a trailer hassle-free to use. Combine this with our tips and guides you'll be able to follow the plans accurately and confidently, regardless of your skill level.

A fully itemised bill of materials (BoM) and a detailed cutting list are included for ordering the steel and trailer parts (suspension, lights, brakes). You will also receive .dxf files, giving you the option to CNC laser cut any of the brackets/mounts plus accessories.

Once you've completed your trailer, you can feel safe knowing these plans comply with all road and safety standards in Australia and New Zealand. This means licensing and registering your trailer will be quick and easy.
