What is an Airbag Car Trailer?
An airbag car trailer (or air ride trailer) uses compressed air to raise and lower the trailer’s deck. When the air is released, the deck lowers to ground level to essentially become the loading ramp. This makes the loading and unloading of vehicles safe, smooth, and efficient, without the need for bulky ramps or tilt mechanisms.

Airbag Suspension
Our designs use independent airbag suspension, meaning each wheel operates independently rather than as part of a live axle system. This setup provides smoother ride quality and improved load distribution but does involve a more complex build process.

Aluminium Airbag Trailer Options
Can our airbag trailer be built from aluminium? Technically yes, but there are important considerations.
Steel and aluminium have different load-bearing properties, so using aluminium in a design originally intended for steel will reduce the trailer’s load rating unless modifications are made.
